In January 2024, the SoS project announced a new direction. Initially, SoS focused on five hard problems in cybersecurity research. The new focus updates these areas and looks at specific research in the SoS Virtual Institutes (VIs): Trusted Systems, Defensive Mechanisms, and AI and Cybersecurity. The articles listed here cover related areas under the three new priorities.
