Poster Session Guidance

Please submit the poster file by May 2, 2025, via the webform below. The posters will be printed and set up by the conference organizers.

Requirements:

• Size: 2’ x 3'
• The preferred format is PDF.
• Resolution: 300 dpi at the size you want printed or 600 dpi at 1/2 the size you are requesting.

Templates:

You are welcome to use the template with the HCSS branding, but are not required to do so. Please feel free to restructure the layout of the template to fit the needs of your content. both a light and dark template are available. Download links are below.

• Portrait template: dark | light
• Landscape template: dark | light
